# Cyllo

> Your body doesn't work in silos. Neither should your care. Cyllo is a UK online women's health service. A registered associate nutritionist reads your whole health history and writes you an Answer: what is most likely going on, what isn't, and a next-step plan with a section for your GP.

## What Cyllo does

- The Answer, £250, paid once. Ten numbered places in the first round, because Luisa reads every one herself. Blood tests are not included.
- Day 0: you tell your story once, properly. About 40 minutes.
- Day 10: your Answer, written down, printed and posted: what is most plausible, what the evidence supports, what remains uncertain, and why.
- With it: a practical next-step plan, with a section for your GP listing the questions and tests to discuss. Your GP decides which tests, if any, to order.
- Then: a 30-minute results call with Luisa, once all your health information is in.
- Week 8: a check, to see if what we said would happen did.
- If the Answer is unsure, it says so, and says what needs finding out next.

## Symptoms Cyllo reads together

Periods that operate on their own terms, trouble falling asleep, digestion, skin, energy. They are read together with the cycle, because the body does not work in silos.

## Who reads your story

Luisa Howell, Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), Association for Nutrition register no. 36864. BSc Psychology and Nutrition. Luisa does not diagnose or prescribe. If something needs a doctor, she says so and you take it to your GP. Nothing is shared without your permission.

## What Cyllo is not

- Not a diagnosis. The diagnosis comes from your GP. The Answer sets out what to discuss and why.
- Not an app, a chatbot or an AI coach. A person reads every file and writes every Answer. Software keeps the story organised.
- Not for anyone under 18, anyone who might be pregnant (test first), or anyone with very heavy bleeding, severe pain, bleeding after sex or blood in their stool, who should see a GP first.
- Not a replacement for your GP or the NHS. In an emergency, call 999.

## Refunds

If you decide The Answer isn't right for you, tell Luisa during your results call. If you feel you have gained no useful understanding of your health or what to do next, we will refund your £250. You do not need to prove your case or justify your decision. For a refund or cancellation, contact Luisa at contact@luisahowell.com.
